Due to lockdown and sanitary prevention put in place by the French post office and government, the shipment delay can be extended to a very long period, especially to International (some of destinations are also closed)
We can only ship once a week, and we can no longer deliver the package to the post office to be scanned directly.
We can only put in a post office box, thus we can not guarantee when they will scan the package, since the post office have their own procedure to protect their employees. Because of this, the tracking number might not be available.
But rest assured, if you didn't receive the packages, we always refund your total purchase (conditions applies, for example tracking are unavailable after some time period, etc ...).

- We tried our best to ship at maximum 48h (business day) after your payment.

- When the shipment arrive in your country, there is a big chance that you can track using your country post office tracking system. For example in USA. you can use USPS.
